What is the Partnership Program?
It’s our annual sponsorship program, which has been re-designed for 2009 to make the best use of your BIA sponsor dollar.
For each dollar you contribute, we use one quarter (1/4) to produce our annual events and programs, providing you with sponsorship exposure every step of the way. The remaining three quarters (3/4) of your investment is put into a prepaid event attendance account for all your annual BIA/LAV related expenses. This account can be used at your discretion for the Golf Tournament, General Membership Meetings, Educational Seminars, or the Installation Dinner & Holiday Party. Throughout the year, your company will be marketed as an industry partner at our events, on our website and throughout our various publications and collateral.
Why be a sponsor?
For more than 80 years, BIA/LAV has been on the frontlines of policy and advocacy issue to improve the business environment for home builders. Our efforts in 2008 reshaped ordinances, reduced fees, and extended the life of housing projects.
We fully realize the economic challenges facing your businesses today. In these difficult economic times, BIA/LAV is working on your behalf to fight new exactions and regulations from municipalities throughout LA and Ventura Counties. With your support and contribution, we can continue to band together to triumph over the forces trying to prevent the construction of needed housing.
