One Association - One Membership

You BIA Membership is now all inclusive! When you join the LA-Ventura chapter you automatically become a member of all the chapters in the BIA/Southern California region (LA/Ventura, Orange County, Riverside and Baldy View) as well as  the other tiers of our organization at no additional charge.
Your membership gives you access to resources and information from:

• The BIA of Southern California (BIASC)
• The statewide California Building Industry Association (CBIA)
• and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Networking Events

Chapter members prefer to do business with other BIASC/LAV members. Get to know your future business partners at a variety of networking events, from the annual golf tourament to regular dinner meetings.

Government Affairs & Advocacy

BIASC/LAV is your resource for staying on top of emerging governmental issues that will affect your business. The Chapter operates Government Affairs Advisory Boards throughout its region, focusing on tracking and influencing governmental policy relating to housing and land use. Visit the Resource Center to learn about priority issues, and how to get informed and get involved!

Education

The Chapter regularly hosts educational events that help you stay on top of the issues and trends shaping the building industry. From multi-day certification classes to seminars to panel discussions, these sessions keep our members informed.
