BIA Hosts Seminar on Ventura Stormwater (MS4) Permit

On December 8, 2009, BIA/LAV hosted a seminar on the recently-adopted MS4 permit. Co-hosted by the Associated Contractors of CA and the Ventura County Chapter of the Public Works Association, the seminar was packed with information about how this permit will affect land development & construction in the future.
