The Building Industry Association - Los Angeles / Ventura Chapter (BIA/LAV) is comprised of responsible homebuilders working to meet the housing needs of our growing and diverse population. The more than 500 member companies that make up the BIA are committed to significant funding of critical infrastructure like schools, roads and parks, and providing, protecting and preserving open space and natural resources.
Working to meet the housing needs of a growing and diverse population, BIA and homebuilders are creating vibrant communities for families to live, to work and to play. With 700 new people moving to Los Angeles every single day and population increases throughout Ventura County, the BIA and its homebuilders are committed to meeting the demand by creating communities that families are proud to call home.
To reach this goal, the BIA and homebuilders are committed to working alongside elected officials, community leaders and organizations to come up with attainable solutions to the burgeoning population looking for affordable housing and quality communities throughout Los Angeles and Ventura.
BIA and its homebuilders are at the forefront of the housing issues facing Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Working to meet the ever-changing needs of a growing and diverse population, BIA and its homebuilders are not focused on simply building houses, but also on creating homes and thriving communities.
