Sign Up Today for L.A. County-Sponsored Green Builder Training
Six free training sessions will be held this spring throughout Los Angeles County to help commercial and residential building professionals understand how to comply with green building requirements that have been enacted by the County and by the state.
The L.A./Ventura Chapter of the Building Industry Association of Southern California has been working for nearly a year with County officials and the main contractor, Bevilacqua-Knight, Inc., an Oakland-based consulting firm, to develop a training curriculum that is designed with builder input that will provide real-world examples of how to navigate the sometimes-confusing rules. The sessions will give an overview of CalGreen and county ordinances, along with information you need on how to comply and get your projects approved as quickly as possible.
Sign up today as space is limited. Just click on the date you're interested in and follow the prompts. Contact the L.A./Ventura Chapter if you need further assistance.
